You know what I bet this will happen why? Some fucking idiot sued nintendo over the 3DS display technology that was not made by Nintendo at all but sharp. nintendo had nothing to do with the patent infrigement (in case there was one which I doubt) Sharp made the things and Nintendo got sued? Rofl

There is a higher chance in Nintendo getting sued over its new IP Hyrule Warriors than it getting sued over someone else selling "stolen" tech to Nintendo but it still happened.
