XBO will definitely reach it first, they have too many big titles coming this year. COD AW, MCC, and Assassin's Creed Unity should all reach 1m in sales this holiday. I don't see how WiiU reaches that milestone until next year.

I'm not so sure about Driveclub, but you also forgot AC:U and Minecraft seems to also be a pretty certain million seller, if it manages to come out sometime.

Other than that there are a couple others that might hit it, like Dragon Age or The Evil Within.
