I wonder how many people would see the difference between a 900p and 1080p game on an 50 inch TV

I wonder how many people notice drops to 50fps. I didn't in KZ SF on a 92" screen.

92" screen. I have to imaginge that even 1080p games on that screen do not look good. It must have been a nightmare playing seventh gen consoles on that monster.

That's cuz they weren't using the June update. Ms told them to use the June update so then they were able to achieve 1080p and according to videos it has a more stable framer ate than the ps4

No the PS4 version has a better frame rate. The double buffer glitch that was effecting the PS4 version was patched. The Xbox One version drop to low 50s while PS4 is a rock solid 60.

Not a big deal though both ports are great.

False, nowhere in that article does it state Ps4 is "rock solid" 60FPS.  They haven't even done the full comparison yet.

Meh... It's not like it would make such a huge difference with a game like Diablo III! :S

Diablo 3 isn't a particularly impressive game graphically, 1080p shouldn't have been a problem. I can play games with similar graphics at 1080p on my PC which has less than half the specs of my Xbox One. If Blizzard actually had problems hitting 1080p on Xbox One, the engine they used for Diablo 3 must be pretty crappy.

On PC they do all their games in OpenGL to enable to them to be played on PC/Mac/Linux. XBO probably doesn't like that since MS pushes DX11.

quite a lot, on a 23" tv, not so much.

32" is where the difference starts to get noticeable on 72p to 1080p for a 900p outup i estimate it being around the 40" screen for you to see a noticeable difference.  50" absolutely everyone should be able to spot it otherwise you might need to go and you eyes examimed

ANyway, how many people have a 92 inch screen? You cant base your business or creative or technical decisions based on the minotity of the minority or the minority of your consumers.

I believe most poeple play on 42-52 inch screens
