Lets talk about 3D World and Donkey Kong's Nice jump. This is just showing when the parents finally realize what a WiiU is and why it is leaps and bounds better then the Wii they buy it. So watch how these games come holiday season get more of a bump.

And it launched with ~550K across it's 2 week launch period. So TLOUR a better launch week. And SM64DS also had a lower launch week than TLOUR. And in both these cases the gap between original and remake is a helluva lot longer than 1 year.

Digital sales for TLOUR might be substantial too. We can't measure the relative numbers of digital sales so might as well leave them out for the purposes of talkiing about available data on sales, albeit the data we have on hard copy sales has a wide margin for error. In any case lifetime sales is not the basis for my comment. It was that someone said TLOUR week 1 sales are not amazing, when in fact all indications point to it being among the best first week sales for a remake/remaster. So best, or close to best sales for a Remake/remaster only 1 year after the original does actually qualify for amazing, especially considering all the angst it go for being unnecessary and unwanted.

As I said in the other thread no adjustments is disappointing, well the Wii U was adjusted down by 100k it seems but the big one hasn't happened yet. I guess that leaves me with discussing software, which brings better news, 81.5k for TLOU:R in the US, nice.

Maybe a mod can change the title of this thread.
