You forgot the decision to not put FF Type 0 on Vita whereas it would have been much easier to port and would have sell a lot because it's a handheld game everyone was waiting on Vita



Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

Ah, I see. Their handheld efforts are at least respectable, and you don't want to doubt what they're capable of on Vita. In fact, I'd say the Squaresoft (RPG) side is much better off on handheld (Vita for mainline Final Fantasy; 3DS for everything else), while the Eidos side is better off on console.

KHIII and FFXV are not being developed by the same people, FFXV is being made by the Tokyo team (the team responsible for KH1 and KH2), while the Osaka team is working on KH3 (the people who made KH: BBS nad KH3D).
Though I agree that SE can't stop making stupid decisions

"Great", now FF will become a Kingdom Hearts clone.

I will skip FFXV for sure. KH is one of most mediocres Action RPGs IMO.
