For me XBOX ONE will sell lifetime less than 50 million.

Assuming PS4 gets 20 million by the end of this year, you're saying that it'll sell 20 million a year through 2016? Nope.

I agree with your prediction that it'll outsell the XB1 lifetime by end-2016, though. I don't expect the XB1 to sell more than 40 million at the moment.

I'd love to see your breakdown year by year for PS4 and XBone, because if your scenario does happen, I don't see how MS continues with the XBox project.

Can it average 20 million consoles a year?  Not impossible but it's too early to say.  You'd think so given how much it's sold this year with few titles and low Japan sales.  With Uncharted 4, MGS5, FF, new GTA, price cuts, etc. sales will be even better.
