Nintendo vs Disney.
There would be a lot of Amiibos!

Exactly what i want lol. Imagine Mario going head to head against Kratos or Link against Sir Daniel Fortesque, it would be fantastic.

Like others have said, no. It'd damage the brand of Smash Bros, and that's one of Nintendo's biggest franchises.
However, the rumored Pokken Fighters would probably be a more acceptable alternative if it were some form of fighting game, whether it's a 2D game ala Tekken/Street Fighter or a 3D game ala the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm games (both could be a great fit if done right).

I disagree with this. Disney, Warner Bros, and Sega all come out ahead. Everybody recognises Sonic, only some recognise Mega Man (and a few would probably accidentally call him Bomberman). Pac-Man is also much more recognisable, which puts Namco Bandai ahead of Capcom on this measure, too.
And while fighting fans will recognise Ryu, Ken, etc, they would equally be able to recognise Sub Zero, etc, and Mortal Kombat is probably slightly more recognisable to the general public. Since MK is now owned by Warner Bros, this puts WB well ahead of Capcom on all measures.
Mind you, a Capcom vs Nintendo game would be interesting. But if you're purely looking for the company that would best be able to pair off against Nintendo in a direct-crossover fighting game, Capcom just isn't the best choice. The main benefit would be that it would be the Street Fighter guys making the game, not the Capcom IP being used.

Seems like the roster sizes would be a bit lopsided... |
I dunno about that, especially if there can be multiple entrants from series and someone could convince activision to lease out certain iconic properties.
Ratchet and Clank as a tandem, Captain Qwark, Dr. Nefarious
Jak and Daxter tandem, Ashelin
Sly, Bently, Murray and Carmelita
Crash, Dr. Cortex, maybe Aku-Aku
Spyro, I can't really think of anyone else from that series that would be any good, maybe ripto
A hellghast and chimeran soldier, maybe Nathan Hale
Nathan Drake, VICTOR FRIGGIN SULLIVAN!, Chloe Frazer and or Elena Fisher
Cole McGrath (Kessler as an alt costume), Zeek, Delsin Rowe
Joel and Ellie tandem or individual, cordyceps zombie
Nariko from Heavenly Sword
Kratos, Zeus, Athena, Ares
Ico and the princess tandem, Wander
Fat Princess and knights
Sweet Tooth
The Journey thing
Sir Daniel Fortesque
Parappa, the sensei, maybe um jammer lammy but hopefully not
Some Ape escape character
Gabriel Logan
Sack Boy and maybe some of the new sack things coming in the new game
Norman Jayden, Jodei and Aiden tandem, obviously
That puppeteer puppet
Kat, Raven, maybe Alias from gravity rush
I could go on if you'd include characters typically associated with the playstation brand as nintendo is sort of doing with sonic, megaman and pacman

Disney already has infinity though.
Mayby one Nintendo franchise like Capcom vs Fire Emblem or Capcom vs Punch Out or mayby later Capcom vs Pokken Fighters?

Infinity is not a fighting game though. Mario vs Mickey - Nintendo/Disney all-star-princess cat fight - Wario vs Wreck-It Ralph.
That would be an awesome idea and I would buy that damn game in a heartbeat!

If they made one, I wouldn't support it.
No, I do not want to open the floodgates to Nintendo milking SSB fighters outside of amiibo.

I WON A BET AGAINST AZUREN! WOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
:3
I dunno, but it would be great. After Tatsunoko vs Capcom, you can really cross Capcom's characters with anything.
