Sadly it was a mix of "hardcore" gamers not excepting it cause well... we just don't wanna move a lot.. and developers went too casual with it while that audience already left due to phones and tablets..

well fps you did nto have to move too much.

but in generlayou point is valid.

some sports games benefited and sure you had to move lol.

exercise games sure lots of movement lol.

just dance was good for the girls.

I bought my first analog stick in 1984. It was awful. Always had to adjust the centering dials. Worked poorly with Flight Simulator, and worked horribly with Jumpman. By comparison, Nintendo's D-pad was an absolute dream.
