Actually PS4 would be Saturn in this direct comparison as they're the ones losing out. 

Back then Sony actually had money to spend you see. Now.....not so much lol

But XB1 is the one in Saturn's situation.

Not even remotely, in my opinion. Saturn did way worse.

Was that the case? I thought it was that the Saturn sold no copies so they didn't seem it financially viable to bother. It was still on PC after number 1 (this game isn't currently). And Last Rev and Chronicles released on Dreamcast too.

Last time I checked....stating a fact has nothing to do with maturity. Fact is Sony used to throw around money to publishers the same way MS does these days. Sony just doesn't have the same sized wallet that they used to.

So Sony paid for Tomb Raider when it was an unknown franchise?

And MS paid for Tomb Raider when it was selling best on PlayStation?

And you think that is the same?

No! This is the continuation of bad behavior from Xbox and I think they will be even more disliked now, especially in Europe where TR is very popular and Xbox isn't.  TR isn't a big console seller, so this will serve just to annoy people who would have bought it on PS4.
