As far as I know platforms were NEVER announced. The game was likely a MS exclusive for a while now.

The reports MS was going 3rd party purchase crazy in late 2012 - 2013 is real, and Scalebound and Tomb Raider are the 1st 2 examples with more to come.

SE had to have known beforehand what it would do, their expectation should appropriately be really low, cause if they where pissed at selling 7 mill was it? there is no way in hell they can sell more than the XB1's userbase. MS must be making up the difference and or SE doesn't expect much.

If it was an exclusive from the beginning, you KNOW that they would have been all over it at E3 unveiling, that's not something you forget to mention.

Occam's razor. If you are a third party dev, and you're making a game, it would be idiotic beyond belief to skip the PS4 or the XB1. Skipping either is just losing sales for absolutely no reason. The only reason is $$$ by moneyhatting.
