Anyone who does want them bankrupt is a dumbass. Nintendo revived gaming in North America. The Playstation or Xbox wouldn't exist if Nintendo didn't release a console. Especially Playstation because the reason they made the console was to get back at Nintendo.

I think you're looking at it a little too sentimentally. And probably with a misinformed outlook. Providing a viable platform where unlicensed software isn't prevelant (which is what the gaming crash was, the industry didn't just suddenly go deadbeat) =/= reviving gaming.

I'm glad the partnership never worked out otherwise we would never hear the end of how playstation only exists because of nintendo.

They should stop making games that sell and make a bunch of new IPs that wont make them any money. They should do this to satisfy the people who don't buy Nintendo consoles, and by doing so sending themselves bankrupt.
