In response to your question, I don't think there's anything MS can do for Europe. Playstation trumps the Xbox in reputation and recognition. What's even scarier is that more than half of X1's sales came from 2013.

Wow. Interesting stat. Then Xbox One really is in trouble. Shame too. Its a decent machine. 3rd console curse is as real as the Madden curse.

Wii U holding its ground against the X1. If Nintendo just keeps releasing exclusives for the Wii U every few months, then they should be able to maintain the baseline or increase it a bit.
