Wii U holding on to that 60k baseline with Hyrule Warriors approaching. I can only expect it to get bigger as the holidays approach. 3DS still beasting as usual.

In response to your question, I don't think there's anything MS can do for Europe. Playstation trumps the Xbox in reputation and recognition. What's even scarier is that more than half of X1's sales came from 2013.
