Nah, 3DS version will easily outsell both by itself. 

3DS version will easily outsell, I think MCC will outsell the U version at first but then it will catch up and outsell it like how MK8 did with PS4 version Watch Dogs

There is a shitload of hype surrounding Smash, Amiibo's and hopefully a marketing campaign that can match the efforts of microsoft

people know what they're getting with Smash Bros.  The game hasn't changed that much since N64 except adding characters and stages to the casual (non-competitive) player.  I'm getting it and I know it'll have mostly the same stuff just like when I bought Mario Kart.  It's prettier and adds enough new characters and stages to warrant my purchase and of course gameplay will be ironed out like every Nintendo sequel.

Better value is debatable considering how many hours I put into Brawl.

And people DON'T know what they are getting with MCC?
