Why is that?

The votes speak for themselves, i think. You appointing yourself high inquisitor seems to have made you more trouble than just me.
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
That is the flimsiest argument ive ever read. Ive now asked you twice to back up your claims of divisiveness. Lets see some proof. Otherwise you're a fabricator of evidence, and a fabricator with intent to lynch no less
I have three votes on me.
one is for calling someone a noob.
another by yourself using unproven rhetoric and evidence
and another by a person who refuses to listen to reason despite being proven scientifically that at least one reason iscomplete garbage
Yeah, great basis for that supporting reason khan
Honestly tho, its not my ass. People are going to look directly at you and nickels do my mislynch.
Both your arguments are flawed and illogical and lacking in any evidence.
prepare yourself for a lynch tomorrow

That is fine, you raise some good points. At any rate, may as well make my vote now and explain a little now with a more in-depth explanation tomorrow or later today. I vote Outlawauron.
Why? A few reasons. It is mainly due to the responses in the thread of which he has made thus far. First let's have a look at Smeags' and now also TheProf's comparisons (there's more from both of these users, but you get the idea). Both of them reflect the same thing; Outlaw is the only person whose contributions appear to have gone backwards as time went by. Now, that's unusual because more and more accusations have been thrown out and things have got more serious, so a lack of discussion and content appears to me to be an evasive move. Then you have comments like this one, where he effectively tries to find a reason to not respond to questions which is something that doesn't make sense to me. Indeed, as time went on his opinion and his contributions seemed to boil down further to a point where they were unrelated to the game, as he seemed to almost fall behind a false persona thereafter and make more general comments. To me, this strikes as a man who is trying to remain in the shadows and banking on an earlier flurry of activity (which upon reflection seems rather canned and pre-planned, as others picked up on sooner but my lack of experience took longer to pick up on) to protect himself when we get to the serious part of the day. Again, this reflects back to what was mentioned before. Wright still unnerves me somewhat. But, I've spoken to him enough on and off the site to know that this is just his style, at least that's what I'm thinking for now. It's why I wanted to wait for more information but theprof's comparison saved me looking through it tomorrow morning, so it just tipped it in his favour enough to make my decision. As I said I'll go into more depth when I have more time. But Outlaw seems to be trying his best to just tip-toe his way around and has made a few slip-ups which are unbecoming of him. So, out of everything I've seen thus far, I'm going to have to accuse him. |
You read prof's chart? My contributions have increased slightly before/after. That's how I read it at least. Your comprehension on my first quoted post is severely lacking as I'm clearly talking about rules of the game, not any questions period. The second quoted post was a literal answer to a question, and helped me understand some personality behind the name. I don't see how I'm slipping up and tip toeing, whereas you attribute Wright's posting (my finger is still pointed at you Wrong) to a style of play. It's aggravating and a double standard.

It was a tongue in cheek comment about him being the unofficial VGC detective. I was in the process of replying with my post above to explain what I believe to be shoddy detective work.
Will add that Cone is either working with Wright or his rl bromance is clouding his vision.
Haven't decided yet...
theprof00 said: lot to go over in this post so I'll bullet for easier reading. 2. At this point I wrote a few paragraphs but realized that your accusations are completely baseless, so instead insert a line about steel swords if you will. 3. Perhaps I said that flavor conversations are bad for town, but perhaps that's too harsh. Flavor is fine....in moderation. If all I see out of one person is all flavor, then that looks bad. 4. Tell me in what way the flavor has pushed forward anything? It's a fun side-quest. Nothing more. In fact, the only reason you are having a somewhat contributory debate is because I'm here. 5. Look, I'm not telling you what to do. Do whatever you want. Just...for the record, I don't think you're mafia. It would be far too stupid to pick a fight with me on day 1 if you were. And your shameless flipflopping on activity vs inactivity is begging for votes. In fact, I'm going to make a quick tally of all the inconsistencies you've said. Feel free to do the same for me, if you choose. cont next post. |
It's simple really. The thing about inactivity vs activity was because I wanted more people's input. My initial intuition was that you seemed suspicious, for the reasons I've said. Someone already tallied up the activity and you're the most active by a landslide, with almost no flavor posts, almost all accusations. But others, including yourself, voiced that inactivity was the suspicious thing, so I decided that since I'm inexperienced, there might be something to it I'm missing, so I decided to ask for the logic behind that. I was basically asking you for your defense without addressing you directly, because after all, you weren't the only active one, just the most active one. But really, the question was for you. And you answered it. You have nothing. I was waiting because I'm new to this and was hoping for some insight from more experienced players. What insight did I get? Well, your insight was that I should have a backbone. So I will. My initial opinion, before I began to doubt myself, was that you were suspicious. I doubted myself because of inexperience, but this experience this game requires isn't necessarily with the game itself, just with reading people and putting two and two together, which I can do just fine.
I've regained my confidence. I think you're scum. Nolan was probably your fake claim. Also your posts are long, distracting, and I agree with some of what other people have said that your excessive activity has given too many people a chance to hide as well as draw attention to only what you want attention drawn to. And your playstyle just pisses me off. I've said it before, all the rhetoric and semantics, so annoying. This isn't an Ace Attorney themed mafia game. I definitely think you're scum, but even if you're not scum, you're bad for the town, and you're kind of ruining the fun for me.

Sorry guys, I was too busy to check in yesterday. There's way too much to respond to now, so give me a bit to process all this.
