Forums - Gaming - Something PC gamers say that is ridiculous

I think the whole 'dirty console gaming peasants' thing was from zero punctuation. Yes it was a joke.

I think console and PC gaming costs about the same tbh. PC gaming costs more upfront for the rig, while console gaming costs more over time with higher game prices, and charges to game online (WiiU excluded).

I want to cite another point. This is seen is "many" PC gamers not in "all" PC gamers. Like a "bully" they think it is their God gifted right to play all games in PC. They are very jealous of console exclusives. And when it doesn't come they start to bash it.

PC gamers are just jealous of our awesome exclusive games

Yup. And I read their comments in console exclusives posts with much delight. Their sorrow in bloodborne post at neogaf was very interesting.

You see, you misunderstand the deeper meaning behind the usage of the word "peasant." Ultimately, this is how it is: Console pea--err...players... purchase a cheap system, and are subsequently tied into an expensive and oftentimes abusive and frustrating relationship with their newfound owner, be it Ninty, Sony, or M$. Members of the PC master race, however, make a substantial initial investment, but in return we get to live a life of freedom, luxury, and relative ease, with cheap, and sometimes even free games just dropped into our laps.

So you are saying that pc gamers live a life of freedom, luxury and relative ease and get a ton of cheap and free games. Let me see, so first of all is all of that DRM stuff in sim city freedom and secondly I hardly call having to upgrade your rig, fix any hardware issues and constantly upgrading drivers a life of luxury and reletive ease. Finally I would like to add that the console master race also get a ton of free games. More than enough to fill a 500gb harddrive.

Send a Friend Request On PSN :P

Its a joke, peasant.

Play your games with excellant visuals and cheaper deals. We; console guys never complaint about it. But it becomes a problem when someone from PC commnunity starts to rub their opinion over us. It seems like bullying. Because everyone is entitled to play games as they wish.

exagerating much ?

srsly - the "PC community" is the least unified of all fanclubs -> the least prone to a mob mentality ->  the least agressive imo

and the "dirty console peasant" vs "glorious PC master race" is not about budget - it's an irony about allegieance and console warz

Console master race FTW!

Nice term. And it fits us perfectly. We dont have to beg for games and get many exclusives.
