There's many who stand out for me personnaly...

King (Tekken series) as he is my main character in my fave game

Sephiroth (FF7) the first enemy I really loved and hated in equal measures

Nathan Drake (Uncharted) the charismatic

So many more I could name, Ryu, Solid Snake, Tali, Lara Croft, Scorpion, even Batman.

But my vote goes to Ellie (The Last of US) as she is a character who has made me laugh, smile, feel depressed and so many more emotions in a small amount of time.

Big Boss of course. I also really wish David Hayter was still the voice I don't care what people say that voice was iconic and awesome and emotional. MGS3 was made by him and the Boss' conflict and his whole journey is just really interesting. The ending of MGS4 gives me tears every time.

Mind you part of the reason I would choose Squall is down to Rinoa, without her and just taking Squall on his own merits, he was kind boring :p
