Kam was definitely the mvp of that game! I also very much enjoyed his attempts to jump over the line on the field goal attempts... Too bad it didn't work...
Nice picked the Seattle game right since they won by 14 the other game not so much. Still two pretty good games overall. Carolina actually played a lot better then I thought they would for a team that barely made it into the playoffs.

That's actually what I wrote that post for lol. Couldn't believe he jumped over them twice

Poor Melvin, gets torched on a 46 yard pass, a face full of Gronks ass, and a photo that will stand the test of time lol. Not as bad as butt fumble, but, definitely amusing for sure.
I actually wonder why more teams don't do the jump over the oline thing to block field goals. Only saw it a few times this season and it's certainly more effective than naturally trying to get the block from edge rushers or putting up their hands at the line.

For a lot of reasons really. For one, you have to time the snap count perfectly or you are going to be offsides. The fact that kam did that twice is incredible. Two, you have to have a huge vertical jump ability as leaping over a huge lineman without touching them (touching or landing on them would draw a penalty) while wearing all your football gear is very difficult. Probably only a handful of nfl players that could even do it. Then there is also the problem of not having a lot of time to stop yourself from running into the kicker, which is another penalty.

Because a good o-line doesn't let you, the guys in the middle tend to be chunky, and vaulting is a penalty.
