Jets/Pats games are always a trap, honestly.  And with the weather tonight, who knows how it'll work out.  Wilkerson is probably going to have a good night, esp with Connolly and Stork out w/ Concussions, ergo, more O-line problems for the Pats (Devey's going to be playing).  And with no workhorse RB, the Pats are going to have to resort to Vereen (hasn't really been great as an RB), White and Grey (rookies).  Not saying I'm taking the Jets, but tonight could be quite interesting, to say the least.

Thursday Night games dispense with the long prep times and team-specific schemes that we normally see. It distills both teams to their core essence, their real talent. With that in mind, how could one not take the New York Jets, led by the Quarterback Of The Future and the King Of Foot Fetishes? Their innate skill deluges that of Darth Hoody and the Abercrombie Reject. And this is before we get into the greatness that is CJ2KALLDAY or the dazzling golden locks that are Nick Mangold.

Liberated from the millstone that is planning, or thinking, or anything that calls for more than "me hit thing," the greatness that is the J-E-T-S will truly bedazzle us all tonight. The time of the New York Jets has come at long last! Hipster? Hipster?! You, sir, clearly do not know football!

NYJ-NE 2 ATL-BAL 2 TEN-WAS 2 SEA-STL 1
CLE-JAC 1 CIN-IND 2 MIN-BUF 2 MIA-CHI 1
NO-DET 2 CAR-GB 2 KC-SD 2 ARI-OAK 1
NYG-DAL 2 SF-DEN 2 BYE   HOU-PIT HOU by 3

The Monday night game is rough.  Either team could blow out the other and I wouldn't be shocked.

Changing my pick in MIA/CHI to CHI based on Moreno situation (injury - no play for Sunday and beyond) and home field. I don't feel entirely confident in that, but it seems more logical I suppose. Moreno is a star player, and I think the odds of a backup being able to fill those shoes is slim, weakening the run threat a lot.

Yeah, umm... any pro football player can put up 100 yards rushing on the Bears defense.  Trust me on this one.

Well you have to look at the reason Moreno was getting snaps against Miami, even though he wasn't 100% before being reinjured.

The main Miami RB has had three turnover fumbles in his starts this year, that's incredible, I think it's like 3 out of 5 games he's player hahah.

That's pretty amusing heh

What has DolPhanTendo ever done to you? You meanie.

Food for thought: amp316 picked against his Bears ever since they lost to Green Bay. Before that game, he thought the Bears were the designated champions of the NFC North. This shows how quickly things can change in the NFL and reminds us of how many fair weather fans we have here. Like that noname guy, who is quick to root against the Packers when things don't look rosy.

If it makes you feel any better, I root* against the Packers through rain, sleet or snow.

*Root =/= pick to win
