Given the impact of PS4 in Sony's earning they will definitely make a ton of PS4. But Destiny PS4, GTA V PS4 exclusive content, Farcry 4 exclusive features will make PS4 gone pretty soon. PS4 might beat sony's expectations again.

Nope he's just guessing. I think Rockstar said there is more DLC coming and most people magically assumed it would only be on ps4 when its probably going to be on all next gen systems
The ps4 is way to expensive (and will still be despite black friday discounts) for it to sell a million in 1 week in my opinion. The 3ds did it last year, and they will no doubt be even cheaper this year so I think that's very possible.

Plus GTA V will be marketed as PS4 exclusive (trailer shows it was captured in PS4).

Well we'll see what those exclusive extras are.

The 3DS barely did it one week last year (at least according to vgchartz) and is noticably down this year, I think the 3DS is very unlikely to hit a million in a week this year.

it already had a million unit week 
however 3DS wont hit it this year. last year it has a huge ammount of games and it was its peak year. this year shipments are bad (and it is over tracked) and its on a downward trend now, add to that there are new consoles on the block.
PS4 might in black friday week or the week before christmas. it certainly wont in either sep or oct.
