And that's enough for you to resort to personal attacks?  Because I don't think all anime is at the same level?  Bullshit.  There was nothing in what I wrote that should have resulted in the way you're acting.  I have every right to my opinions, or to think that the writing, animation, or over-all production of any given television show is sub-par.

Sounds great! I can add it in as a seasonly thing, where everyone watches 2 or 3 animes in particular and we discuss each new episode.

No one ever said all anime was on the same level. Just that every anime has its merits and is precious to someone. Saying that someone's opinion is shit is a personal attack. Saying that some anime is just filler is the same as  disregarding other opinion on that matter.

You just went about and generalized a whole portion of anime without any constructive to say about it. That's where you went wrong.

You say you have the right to your opinion. Then better start by respecting others.

I say it for the 3rd time. There is a difference between appreciating quality and bashing everything that doesn't live up to one's tastes.

I would prefer watching older stuff that is already fully out, but I'll do whatever you guys want. I know absolutely nothing about the current season though >.>

Depends on what you like.

On the serious department we hav Tokyo Ghoul and Zankyou no Terror.

In the fun action aisle we have Akame ga Kill and Tokyo ESP.

On the fucked up crazy funny front we have Sabagebu and Space Dandy.

Then there is the fun moe stuff in the bargain bin like Majimoji Rurumo, Locodol, Hanayamata and Rokujouma.

The only good RomCom I'm watching is Gekkan Shoujo which is just lovely and has really nice art.

And then there is SAO 2.

You should watch Himegoto (When you are searching it on google, By the LOVE OF GOD, put Himegoto anime 2014 or else you will be sorry!)

Its basically a short anime thats like 5 minutes each ep but its funny as hell! (Oh and there are traps involved)

Yeah, reason I suggested seasonal was so we could discuss new episodes as they come out. We can do 1 older anime too, along with 2-3 seasonal ones.

What the fuck did I bash?  I was simply telling someone else here my views on anime.  Get the hell over it.  If I think that some anime is filler, you're just going to have to deal with it.  And you call someone else a dick OVER ANIME and you think you have some kind of moral ground?  Bloody hell.  I cannot believe someone is pitching a fit like this because someone else said that some anime isn't very good.  That's utterly ridiculous.

I don't even have a problem with you disagreeing with me.  Your personal attacks, however, are silly and childish.  I wasn't even talking to you and I certainly wasn't being attacking anyone's opinion.  Thanks for turning this thread into a battleground.  I thought the anime book club idea sounded interesting but not when there are people like you who cannot handle the opinions of others.
