From what I have understand, MGS4 online is quite ... average because the gameplay doesn't really fit with the mass action u have during the online fight that are all but innovative

You still seem to be confused. They are complete seperate entitites. MGS4, yes, is coming with a MGO "Starter Pack", but it is simply that. For starters. A full MGO will be released separately.
