I would go
PS4 - Backwards compatibility with all previous PS games

Xbox One - Not so sure on this one, probably backwards compatibility again

Wii U - Add a good achievement/trophy system

Screw just one console, I'd make all consoles able to accept and utilize mods. So effin stupid that they haven't yet.

Edit: why i still prefer the retro consoles; you just put in the disc boot the thing up, and you are directly in the game.
