RSE has one of the best soundtracks for sure, but it's a hard choice between it and GSC's soundtrack, IMO.

I have yet to play Gens 3 / 4 / 5.

The music in HeartGold / SoulSilver just edges out X / Y for me, possibly due to nostalgia. Both are absolutely amazing though.
