These numbers mean (One + 360 Vs Ps4) or (One vs 360 Vs Ps3 + Ps4) ?

It means that if you add up xb1 and x360 software its bigger than any other platform on its own. So basically you'd have to add up the total software sales of both xbox platforms to beat PS4
