Vita $199...

Got mine at 150 €, with 10 dl games (wipeout, lbp, etc...) and a 8giga card, that's a good price :)

200 is too much for a handheld console.

Nice!  I actually got the Borderlands 2 bundle with that game and an 8GB card, normally $199 MSRP...sounds like you got a pretty good deal though!
