one more. in total two. for the majority of players, TP is not a GC port but a wii game.

I still think Wii is going to have a shorter shelf life, and Wii 2 wil hit in 2010, so I only see enough time for one more full blown Zelda title, with another possibly hitting in time to launch the Wii2.
I'd be satisfied with one more Wii Zelda. Also, regardless of whether TP was considered a Wii or a Gamecube title, that game totally brought it. Don't hate the Wii version because it was playable on the 'Cube. Appreciate that a great game had the opportunity to be played by a larger amount of gamers.
The more successful the Wii is, the less likely we will see a third Zelda on the console (we will see a second surely). The reason is simple. If Nintendo is selling consoles well without overly milking it's main franchises, it wont risk them. Wiser to wait and have the third 'Wii' Zelda as a launch game for Wii 2 instead.
starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS
I only see one more zelda coming for wii.. two would be great, but don't rush it .. i'd rather made one great one than two good ones
I'd say one more full blown Zelda, and then maybe a MM type one near the end of its life.
End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)
Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

And yes, I'm deliberately misinterpreting the thread title.

I'd like to see a TP spinoff with links adventure continuing like Phantom Hourglass or Majora's Mask, and then a whole new Zelda near the end of the Wii's lifecycle. That is also the most likely possibility, and would mean 2 more Zelda games on the system. A TP spinoff and then a full blown one, so that is my prediction, and I must say, I'm fairly confident in it.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
