Wii U's chipset is designed for a sort of no-effort Wii emulation, because its right in line as PowerPC, which would mean that GC is in that line as well, since Wii and GC were yet more identical, silicon-wise. Meanwhile, Nintendo made working emulators for NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, Neo*Geo, and the T16 to run on the Wii. Ergo, nothing should be impossible here. |
I don't think any of those systems come close to the complexity of the PS3.
