Yes but saying "over 100 million" when it isn't is lying not rounding up. So whatever they mean by "sold" the number is at least 100 million + 1 it cannot be 100 million - x. These companies spin their sales but I've never known them to outright lie by saying "over" when it's actually under.
I think it's shipped not sold with maybe as much as 2 million units on shelves across the 3 systems, most of that being PS4.
