See, that's the first problem with stuff like this. If the games shown are interesting to you, sure, you'll love it. If not, well, no amount of those games and no amount of footage shown can salvage that.
The reason Nintendo won according to these polls is probably not only down to their output, but to the stuff they did with it. Treehouse@E3 Live and the Smash Invitational surely had a big impact on that, and the fresh style of Nintendo E3 Direct seems to have appealed to many.
But, again, if the games don't appeal to you, you won't take much from it.
Take me for example. While you list all of the great games Sony has shown and thus rank them first, I almost fell asleep during their conference. Grim Fandango? Don't care, and it's not PS exclusive to boot. LBP3? I own LBP1, PSP and Vita, and I never really liked those (damn those floaty jumps). Bloodborne? Let's just say that From Software is literally the only major Japanese developer that I know of that hasn't developed even ONE game that appealed to me or that I enjoyed. Uncharted 4? Sure, 2 and Golden Abyss were nice (those are the ones I played), but if anything I'm going to buy that years down to road for 10 bucks.
What I took away from Sony's and to a slightly lesser extend Microsoft's conferences was: None of this shit interests me. And no amount of footage they show can change that.
And sure, if you feel about Nintendo's new stuff at this E3 that way (which is fair enough, mind you), then I absolutely believe you in saying that you prefered Sony and Microsoft.
In the end, it's all down to taste. No matter the execution, if the content doesn't appeal, it doesn't appeal.
