I just downloaded Firefox, screens uploaded after needing to install some flash crap which only alerted me via Firefox, so there's your problem.

What about different countries' box arts? I would prefer to have European box arts
Also, what is the policy on PSN/XBLA games, should they be included because a couple are on the database.
Also, are SCEA, SCEE and SCEJ different for publishers, cause they are different publishers for different regions

@ talonman, what I mean is that Uncharted is down as being published by Sony, not SCEA, should it be sony or sony computer entertainment america

Why should SCEE, SCEA and SCEJ be different publishers, since they are after all the same company and even if they would be seen as different publishers, would it mean that we would have NOA for NA and NOE for Europe for Nintendo published games? Or different Ubisofts etc? Sounds a bit hard to me.

By the way, will the database feature different namefields for different regions? Since currently we have fields only for Japan and North-America, when Europe would need one and possibly even Australia, not to mention the possibility of China or Korea needing one.

There have been quite a few people that have put a considerable amount of work into the DB, both in the past and the present. To name one(and only one since the list could get long) Norlead has been a busy beaver on the GG and GB games, and it would be a shadow of itself if he hadn't been working so hard.

ioi: Will do(on holding off on adding new games). Since we shouldn't be adding games, now would be a good time for us to stockpile some boxarts in the meantime. :)

Oh snap, sorry, I missed this thread. I just started adding games. I just put in the titles and box arts. I haven't added the release details, but I made sure to look up the publishers, developers, titles, and boxarts, and spell everything correctly. I cross-czeched between Wikipedia, GameFAQs, and MobyGames, and the boxarts. And I only added games I own.

I added:

Crash 'n the Boys: Street Challenge (NES)
Hydlide (NES)
Monster Party (NES)
Sesame Street 123 (NES)
Sesame Street ABC (NES)
Sesame Street ABC & 123 (NES)
Troddlers (SNES)
Xexyz (NES)
Zombie Nation (NES)

They have American boxarts, correct titles, devs, and pubs, but that's it. I'll wait until you revamp the system to finish those games off, and I'd love to help in any way I can.

Will there be a way to flag incorrectly titled games, or is there anybody I can show them to? I recently found a bunch of errors and started my own thread about it. I have about 300 NES games, mostly weird crap and unlicensed crap, and would like to eventually have them all in this database. Let me know how I can help!

Norlead came up with a nice idea to flag flawed entries: putting "DELETE ME" in the publisher box so that they will be easily spotted. If you feel it needs explaining, just add in why in the description box.

I don't think ioi has a problem with this, but when he revamps there may be a better way to flag the games. Also, games aren't being deleted until the revamp happens, so as not to complicate things in the mean time.

Are we adding VC/XBLA/PSN downloads to the database now?

 I feel that way also. I know everyone is itching to add their XBL, PSN, and VC games, but it will be better if we hold off until there is a spot for them. I've also noticed some Neo Geo CD games being added to the Neo Geo section. There aren't that many NGCD games, but I'd presonally rather they wait until there is a NGCD section.
