Both looks extremely nice.
Although I've had enough of cartoony Zelda, Zelda U really shines in HD!
But I would honestly prefer the Tech Demo style...

E3 2014 by a country mile!

The more I look at it... the more the E3 2014 graphics grow on me.   Love the look of TP though.

New look is much more interesting.

Tech demo was very impressive in regards to the use of lighting and effects, but it was built to be seen only from specific angles, so they "cheated" a lot is my guess.

The E3 demo looks better but I have to admit that the new art style looks great. There's no doubt that the console's power is helping to make the game being atractive to people's eyes. The same art style in the previous console wouldn't look as atractive at this one.

I like them both, and would have also been happy with the 2011 Demo. I think the new 2014 look is more impressive though, seems to be more advanced and the Hyrule Field screenshot is simply amazing. Also, it's obviously much more unique, which makes the 2011 look a bit bland in comparison.
