Don't play MK7, it feels terrible after MK8.
But I had no issues with the drifting in MK7, it's somewhere between inside and outside drifting of MK8.

I've already played some, and it feels different for sure, though I definitely wouldn't call it terrible! I also immediately noticed I was no longer nearly as good at drifting in MK7 as I was prior to MK8.
It is good to practice your patience. For instance, I'm practicing my patience by waiting for your avatar to change.
Buy some of Ubisoft's games. They have a digital sale right now :)
