Well, no mans sky is coming to PS4. Also, there will most likely come a new sly along with the movie, though not before 2016. And a "reimagining" of Ratchet and Clank in 2015. Also LBP3 is coming to PS4 this fall. I also think Rime looks interesting, but you can see for your self:

When it comes to cartoony platformers PS4 has LBP3 and Ratchet and Clank. I'm sure we'll also get a new Sly soon. I'm not sure what XBO has in that genre other than indie games (those don't count as real games).

Plus, one the Xbox side, I know it's not an exclusive no more but I'm also interested in Dead Rising 3. I don't have the time to build a PC right now and I want to play that DLC xD

If you want "cartoony" and "fun" games, you already have the right console. I'm not sure why you'd want the ps4 or xb1

For a different experience, I know Wii U will have the cartoony games, but I also would like to try other exclusive in the same genera.

Correct me if i'm wrong but it sounds like you want the same experience on a different console. PS4/X1 do not really offer what you're looking for. They offer mostly photorealism-style instead. I'd say photorealistic games are more "fun" too but that's just my opinion.

I recommend you try the Project Spark demo. I couldn't wait for it to end, personally. Hope you can demo any of the consoles before you buy. You may just want to stick with what you have for now.
