no brainer = ratchet and clank.

Which is the best? | |||
| Ratchet | 137 | 45.82% | |
| Sly | 62 | 20.74% | |
| Jak | 100 | 33.44% | |
| Total: | 299 | ||
The Sly series was ok. The platforming elements where kinda boring since you only needed to press one button and Sly would warp to the next shiny spot. It required almost no skill at all and it's the reason why I stopped playing the series after the second game. The first one is still the best in my opinion.
Jak and Daxter would have been the best if Jak 2 and 3 never existed. The Precursor Legacy was a very good 3D platformer. Jak 2 and 3 felt like GTA in some ways and that turned me off. The plot also changed it's tone which was unnecesary and out of place. I never finished the second game and I barely even tried the third one. I'll probably never play them again.
Ratchet and Clank is the best of the 3. Their games usually play the same way so if you played one of them chances are you will like the other ones! I have beaten most of them!

Ratchet 1 was great. Jak 1 was ok. But Sly has the most consistent of the three. Ratchet games got weirder and weirder and so did Jak. Those games changed FAR too much and strayed away from their roots. Sly didn't do that. That's why it gets my vote.

I hope for your sake that you haven't played All 4 One. While R&C is a great series that game was....Yuk.

I played the main ones. R&C 1,2,3, A Crack in Time and Tools of Destruction.

1)Jak
2)Sly
3)Ratchet
Tough Question!
To me, this question is like asking Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry Ice cream? I like each a little different than the other, but in the long run I love all of them.

Then I reccomend Into the Nexus. It was a great, and needed comeback after the two spinoffs.
Also, how do you quote two different people in the same post?

Gotta be ratchet, sly is good too. Never got into jak and daxter games in the ps2 games (and i tried playing the vita remasters, they suck)

I was holding back on that one because I heard it's awfully short. Maybe I'll give it a chance!
I have no idea

I'd say Jak. The first was one of my favourite games of all time and had the best story of the 3 series you mentioned while 2 and 3 managed might not have been as strong as 1 but more than made up for it with the improvements in gameplay with 3 being better than 2 due to the seamless mix of gunplay with the gun upgrade system and the dark and light Jak powers.
