Looking at the last month, I think people should hold enthusiasm and doom calls until June NPD confirms everything.

Pretty awful week for everyone. PS4 under 100k, MK8 apparently not the WiiU's ultimate savoir and the effect of the X1's new SKU is rather underwhelming.

Let's just hope VGC have everyone under tracked...

Mario Kart is a game, a sale isn't going to make you buy a system without a game to play.

That and the rather large exposure the WiiU has received from MK8 streams, youtube, and reddit word-of-mouth.

Not saying WiiU will be close to X1 or anything but X1 was already kinda $400 to begin with. Titanfall Bundle has sold alot and it was  $450

Well, I thought X1 would do better as well. But is it possible that it is actually overtracked? With the expectations pushing the formula higher than it should.
And it seems that NPD is not used that often, so there was a gratuitous one.
And one more: June NPD will be poor for all, but especially bad fir XOne.

They got a lot of popularity, especially the luigi death stare.
