If you translate it it has been in the top 100 for 2 days now (NOT #1 #3#4#5 the whole 2 days just since last update, updated every hr only in the Top 100 currently selling), it just means best selling product in the last hour updated hourly. It's not on the top 100 top selling so far. 3ds mario golf is number 100 and it sold 100k overall in all of Japan.

Of course it is, it will be in next to no real world shops (which actually still exist here) and amazon is more popular with foreigners, oh who am I kidding Americans, if it doesn't end up somewhere on the best sellers pages this month on amazon Japan, it's not looking good..

Most of the things on that list have been available all month, Xbox One just went up for preorder a few days ago. Plus it takes awhile for the monthly lists to update on Amazon. If Xbox One can stay pretty high on the hourly rankings the next few days, it should place pretty well on the monthly charts at the end of the month.
