Which is why i said cumulative hourly sales tip so frequently, Uncharted 4 appeared on hourly sales in the amazon US yet it didnt even crack into Junes bestsellers, meaning the amount of pre-orders were abysmal but for that specific hour it did well. Even 2-4 year game releases pop up frequently on hourly charts. but wont show up in top 2014 or for that specific month. 

Lot of doom and gloom every generation we are becoming just as bad as some of these gaming analysts who spread it like wildfire all the millions of WII U doom and gloom threads were ridiculously blown out of proportion just to get under some peoples skin. 

don't forget there are still many foreigners working in japan, and i believe many of them were XB fans so it will still have a launching hype for these people, after that will depend on how M$ get whatever up coming exclusives they have to attract japanese gamers...

Well it was just opened for pre order, so I'd wait a few weeks to see if it can stay in the top 100.

I think we can just start linking to this thread everytime someone tries to use Amazon lists to compare sales.

I really hope Microsoft can get some leverage in that territory. Sony needs to focus on more Japanese software like Bloodborne.

Don't forget that most stores won't give Xbox retail shelf space in Japan (space is super tight!), so online will be the only ways for most people there to ever see one.
