New Fire Emblem or Mother game would probably top my list.

Best would be if they would partner with Sega and develop a new Shining Force game!!  Camelot is pretty much soley second party to Nintendo anyway, so it would be a great fit!

Here is what I want. I want Metroid Prime 4 (dual analog goodness FINALLY), a true 3D Mario in the style of Mario64, an F-Zero in the style of the Gamecube title and an Animal Crossing done as a vast, wooded open world game like GTA where there is this HUGE ass world with multiple towns and animals etc. It needs to have an online multiplayer where when your console is in sleep mode, people can just walk around your town and visit. A persistent world. And for the love of god, co-op play on the same console!!

On a side note, I'd also like to see the option to turn to screen off on the gamepad with a push of a button. There is no need to have that screen killing the battery if I'm not going to be using it. I'd also like to see that HDD get a bump to 120GB.

I would like to see a Mario 64 HD remake to be honest.

Also a new Kid Icarus game for the Wii U and a new Punch-Out game. Wave Race could be done again as well. :)

Wave Race!
Metroid
Super Mario 64 or Sunshine remake. Sunshine remade with Wii U`s graphics... oh yeah!
Earthbound remake or a new one
Nintendo World Cup or new Mario Strikers
SMB2 Pt.2!
F-Zero like the N64 game
Wouldn`t mind a game where the Mushroom Kingdom fights Bowser`s minions and you could choose sides. Platformer, strategy, who cares. I want one.

why ask for that? We all kno they will make one, i think we should ask for forgotten franchises or underrated ones imo. F Zero is the most logical and also Earthbound!!! :)

A Horror IP. This is the big hole in Nintendo's first party titles, and my gut tells me Nintendo's capacity for cartoony art-styles can make some clean but unsettling stuff. Majora's Mask was disturbing, yet heartwarming and arguably still fit in the spirit of the E rating. No other developer in the business can get that oxy-moronic combination right quite like Nintendo.
