I thought it was pretty commonplace that in general no one knows what a Wii U is :P

This is why I pray the next Nintendo system (because yes, there will be another) gets a real name, real controller, and puts up a real fight.

Yes this is a comment to praise your comment not sure how it was coming off lol That totally made sense and I think you are spot on with everything you said.. even the bad humor attempt made me genuinely chuckle lol Then what you said at the end "If the customer does't 'get' the product, don't blame the customer" .. that is one of the best things I've read in a while. Never thought about it that way... I've noticed a lot of people defending the name saying "people need to not be stupid" ... Umm no Nintendo needs to realize some people are obvlious to gaming because they have lives that have very little room for gaming.. so if you are going to sell to that crowd (which is a huge crowd) you need something straight forward, clear, and fun sounding. Like they did the the Wii, that caught on, people loved to say the name and it became cool to say "come over and we can all play Wii!!!" Nintendo did good.. better than I thought.. when i first heard the name Wii I was like "ehhhh" but I was wrong.. But they ran that well dry.. that well actually dried up like 3 years ago.. bone dry.. so then their next gen console they are going to name it the Wii U.... and it looks the same other than a tablet... that's all people really see when they see it. Slight graphics upgrade? Most people that bought a Wii didn't really care much for graphics anyhow, i mean look at Wii Sports... I'm a graphics who**re myself and I loved how that game looked.. and obviously compared to PS3 it was ehhh.. and obviously not based on Art Style and all that, Nintendo probaly wins that area if that's what graphics are for you. The fact of the matter is... people DO need to be spoon fed sometimes.. and it is NOT their fault. they have lives outside of gaming that consume them sometimes, it is up to Nintendo to make sure people know what they need to buy.. and they did a horrible job of that.. how could anyone deny that? The Wii Two just looks and sounds cooler.. it also is obvious what it is.. people love the next number and always have to have it.. 

Back to the point.. loved your comment.. I like when people make me see things in a way I didn't see before, but makes perfect sense to myself. I mean obvously this is just our opinions, but we share similar ones lol
