I'd rather NOT see any remade right now.
But if I had to choose I'd have three options that I wouldn't really mind.
Adventure Of Link with some tweaks to make it... work better. And I'd give it another shot for sure. Twilight Princess with some streamlined points in the game and better visuals. Link's Awakening still in complete 2D but with totally redone HD spritework and awesome detail. (NOT LBW visuals. I do not want that.)
Beyond that I'd like to see the slight black sheep that are the Oracle games get some remake love, I suppose. If they work some slight improvements into those games and add a few things they could make something quite special.
But I'd rather we not annually release Zelda with remakes of all the first 15 games or something... two or three is enough for me and I haven't even really bought any of them anyway...

Twilight Princess. Nintendo is due for a darker Zelda now anyway.
You're Gonna Carry That Weight.
Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC
Zelda II, rendered in the style of Demon's Souls, but 2.5D.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
Twilight Princess needs it, the graphics are the most unpleasing to the eye.

See, this man here is a genius.
None. I'm tired of remakes. They're poisoning the industry and pointless imo. If you want to play old games, BUY the old games and whichever console they came on. Having them in a higher resolution or widescreen doesn't change the game. It just makes it look prettier.
I am old enough to remember when only NEW games were released and let me tell you something, being able to look forward to fresh, new, surprising experiences was better.

You know that Aonuma said that he wants a new Zelda every year, right?
