Ocarina of Time because literally EVERY piece (songs have words, people... :p ) in that game is amazing. That being said, newer games (Skyward Sword especially) have greatly upped the ante in terms of quality. Hopefully Zelda U will keep the orchestrated and live instrument recordings, but mix in some more melodic themes (Skyward Sword was a bit "movie soundtrack/background music-y" at times). I want tuneful melodies like the earlier games, but recorded live and with expressive, dramatic arrangements.

As most Zelda fans would hopefully agree though, regardless of comparisons between the games, the Zelda series ALWAYS delivers some amazing music. :D

Skyward Sword has some amazing music. The main theme is some of the best music I've heard from ANY game.
