Wow, Microsoft earning that loss hard. They're getting KILLED in Europe/Germany, and they ban someone who quite obviously supported them with a purchase of an unpopular expensive inferior product of theirs? Way to go, guys.

You might want to reword that last part.  It might be expensive and inferior to you and many people but other might see value in the system for the price they paid.  My edit makes your post legit and the last time I checked Microsoft was making profit and Sony has been bleeding money.

Sounds as shitty as a nintendo policies on game videos.

and what exactly is shitty with Nintendos video game policies?  What out of place reply that was.....

Makes as much sense as saying "Sounds as shitty as Vita needing memory cards even tho its games are not disk based anymore"

You really dont think Nintendo's youtube policies are shitty?

Since you ask.

Vita needs cheaper ones that is for sure,

Get approved by nintendo to do reviews. That is bullshit shitty.

Their rights to do so. And better than the current policy, you might get a part of the cake this time after all. And I find it better, this way people share contents for fun and not for money.

Excuse me? This way, people who would otherwise share content for fun don't share it because they'd have to to through Nintendo's program unless I'm missing something here, and instead the people that want to share for money will do it because they're greedy and a small obstacle won't hinder them much.

I swear these companies have mastered the art of shooting themselves in the foot.

Isn't there better time to be spent then watching fools play video games on youtube?  The only reason I can think of is if you are stuck at a certain part in a video game and getting frustrated trying to beat a part or advance in a game (which their policy currently supports if the video is under certain amount of time, which should be enough to show people what to do to advance or beat a boss).

Another joke that makes me not want to take a Xbox One.

Thats very narrow minded. Lots of people like watching others play video games especially if they dont have the game or if they are watching someone who is really good.

Being apart of a twitch community is also really fun especially when gamers join in the game, live on stream.

MS is making profits because their other businesses (e.g. Microsoft Office) are making profits that more than makes up for the losses they make from the Xbox brand. Sony has been losing money because their losses made from their TV and PC businesses, and restructuring efforts exceed their profits from other divisions (e.g. Playstation, financials, music). How these companies are doing as a whole is entirely different from how they're doing in the gaming market.

If he violated a contract and the terms of the contract allow Microsoft to remove him from the program then it's fair.

To resolve the problem he's referring to, isn't complicated.

You go into the Disk Management, delete the partition, create a new one, then format the disk.

WOW!!! That was difficult. How can people manage that much effort? It's WAY too complicated.

My guess is Microsoft deliberated what they could or should do, and they decided they had the right option.

It's a stupid thing to ban one of the rare German Xbox customers for.

And having to reformat your hard drive every time you go from xb1 to PC and back is NOT practical at ALL
