You really dont think Nintendo's youtube policies are shitty?

Isn't there better time to be spent then watching fools play video games on youtube?  The only reason I can think of is if you are stuck at a certain part in a video game and getting frustrated trying to beat a part or advance in a game (which their policy currently supports if the video is under certain amount of time, which should be enough to show people what to do to advance or beat a boss).
