For the most part he's mocking Angry Birds Go!

- He's suggesting that it has unmemorable characters ("all the kids nowadays want to play as Terrence the Bird! Wow, I love Terrence and his antics"; he says sarcastically)

- Suggesting that Mario Kart 8 has far better track variety (so many tracks that the average gamer could never memorise them all!)

- Angry Birds Go! doesn't even have multiplayer yet!

I think your main problem is that your are surfing sites such as youtube. Only time I see youtube videos is when I do a google search on a video I am interested in. I don't waste my time on youtube looking at random videos.  I only view videos that I want to see.  As for this video... I'll take other people's word on it that it was sarcasm because only a person with shitty taste in gaming would argue otherwise.

Even if he wasn't joking, that'd just be from a Casual Gamer who doesn't know what they're talking about.

No, dude. It's beyond obvious. Check the youtube comments. Most people get it because it's that obvious. The next step would be for him to shout: "AND BY THE WAY I AM KIDDING, m'kay?"
