An excellent mix of heavy hitting franchises and new IPs is right around the corner. I think when all is said and done '15 will be up there with the likes of '07 and '98.

This year was suppose to be as good and yet almost nothing good is coming out. I feel the same thing is going to happen next year with these dumbass publishers pushing games back because they wanted an unrealistic release date.

Anyways, the second and/or third year after a new gen kicks off proper is usually always the best year. I expect 2015 and 2016 to be really good years.

I expect 2015 to be even better cause there is a chance we would have both the XB1 and PS4 retailing for $300 by the end of that year.

The funny thing is, Uncharted 4 is one of the reasons I made the list and I left it off.

all great franchises but will they be good game...I seriously doubt it. only nintendo seems to make great games of old franchises for decades.

Great variety of games, good times ahead. 5 games are definite purchase for me.

The is no chance kingdom Hearts is going to release in 2015... 0%. As for FF XV, there is a slight chance in Japan, but I can see SE waiting until 2016 to release the game worldwide. They always wait for the install base to get big enough.

2015:

Bet a lot of those games will be pushed back to 2016.
