What if it is a dead or forgotten IP that hasn't been used in ages? Just look at my list which is filled with IPs that haven't been used in awhile. If a third party company isn't willing to take a risk to revive a series again then someone else should.

I don't think any third-party games should go exclusive unless it benefits all of the fans. Take Metal Gear for example, would going exclusive benefit the fans, including the ones that game on other platforms? Would it make the game better in any way?
