Name At Least 3 Franchises Nintendo+Sony(Seperate) Should own From A Third Party?

I don't think any third-party games should go exclusive unless it benefits all of the fans. Take Metal Gear for example, would going exclusive benefit the fans, including the ones that game on other platforms? Would it make the game better in any way?
