FF Type-0 not coming to PSVita got ugly pretty quickly. I guess it was no thanks to the Sony PR guy hyping up the Vita release for the west a few months back. And then you have SE announcing it on the wrong platform, before correcting themselves (lol).

Lets exapand this: The game is not coming to Vita, but a console they own or will own in the future. I have never seen this before.

I own a PS4 already, will I get it type-0 in the future? yes I will. However the thing I don't understand is they could've just released the PSP version on PSN Store and it's already Vita compatible.... That's even less effort required

edit: about releasing a PSP game in this day and age, XSeed is already doing that with Trails in the Sky Second Chapter

But localizing a three year old PSP game wouldn't yield the same hype/sales as it would have initially have. They also couldn't do it three years ago because the PSP market was pretty much dead at the time, and the Vita isn't doing so hot as well which is why their only option was releasing it on the new gen consoles.

As for the topic, nothing will beat FFXIII to 360. That was so amazing!

How on earth is Bloodborne on PS4 a meltdown anywere near the proportions of the ones mentioned in op? In fact how is it even a meltdown at all?

A lot of people completely missed the part where Japan Studio (A Sony Studio) was co-developing it and thought From Software was just making an outright PS4 exclusive.

It was fun to see some people on neogaf placing doubts about the involvement of the Japan studios in the game.  Stealth port begging.
