thats a pretty good video. Spencers strategy leading xbox seems much more better than Don Matrick's strategy. i hope he continues with it and he just isnt all talk right now to improve the way Xbox is looked at right now.

I don't care how many X1:s they sell, their attitude towards the fans have really evolved into something great. They seem more relaxed now as well, like there is less control on the background.
